I have o-200 pistons in C-85 cylinders, and the cylinders did not require modification for the pistons to fit.

This was done as part of the Stroker STC so the crankshaft and piston rods were also replaced with o-200 parts. If the 1/4" clearance you're concerned with is at the top of the stroke, the geometry of the o-200 crank & rods probably took care of that.

If the concern is bore diameter, the c-75/85/90 and o-200 are all 4-1/16" ( 4.0625") but the A-series engines were bored narrower at 3.875".

0-200 pistons are 1/4 inch bigger you cannot bore 85 out that far. So0-200cyl and pistons together. Copy of STC may here in Doc. I will look to see if Matt put them here too.

With the stroker you use c-85 cylinders but o-200 pistons.

After talking to a few people, it seems like nobody sells that particular combo anymore. You might end up buying c-85 cylinders/piston units and then also ordering o-200 pistons.

I don't need them yet, but if you find someone who sells the "stroker combo" that doesn't leave you with unnecessary c-85 pistons, post it here!

I bought brand new Millennial cylinders last year for my C85. Came with pistons and rings. I got them through Aircraft Spruce. As I understand it, for a stroker either cylinder can be used with subtle performance differences but you need O200 pistons.

The cylinders of my C-85 stroker are worn out. I believe they may be original with as much as 3000 hours on them. Compressions 68, 61, 60 and 56. I'd like to replace them, but I  don't know whether to ask for C-85 or O-200 cylinders. I believe I want C-85 cylinders. Anyone know where I can get 4 of these babies?
